is the NorthLake area of Atlanta safe?

we're planning on visiting attractions downtown and stone mountain. this area seems to be right in the middle.

is it safe?

Safe and busy. You'll be by Northlake mall and there are a lot of shopping plazas.

Yes, it is safe but I don’t know why you’d want to stay there. It’s boring. It’s a giant suburb with a mall, Best Buy and Target. That’s about it.



You should stay somewhere around North Druid Hills instead. It’s safe and you go get 85 to go downtown and aren’t too far from Stone Mountain, either.
